When will my order be sent?

We carefully prepare each order before it leaves us. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to pack and dispatch your purchase. During launches or busy periods, it may take a little longer.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your address and the service you choose at checkout. Once your parcel is on its way, we will email you tracking details where available.

What will shipping cost?

Your delivery options and shipping price will be shown at checkout before you place your order. The cost may vary depending on your delivery address and the items in your cart.

We provide free shipping for orders over $150.00. 

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to addresses within Australia only.

Can I update my delivery details?

Please check your address before completing your order. If you notice an error, email us at contact@betitethelabel.au as soon as possible. We will try to help, although changes may not be possible once your order is being prepared or has been dispatched.

My parcel has not arrived. What should I do?

Start by checking the tracking link in your dispatch email for the latest update. If you are still concerned, email contact@betitethelabel.au with your order number and we will look into it with you.
